Donation Refund Policy
At the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), we are deeply grateful for every donation we receive. Your generosity directly enables us to provide life-saving humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza and other regions in crisis. We are committed to using all contributions responsibly, efficiently, and transparently.
Because donated funds are typically allocated quickly to support our emergency response programs, refunds are not automatically issued. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we are committed to resolving such cases with fairness and care.
When a Refund May Be Granted
You may request a refund for a donation if:
- You accidentally made a duplicate donation
- The donation amount was incorrect
- You did not authorize the donation
- A technical issue occurred during the transaction
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the donation date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible, especially if the funds have already been committed to aid activities on the ground.
